After several unsuccessful relationships, Bianca still couldn’t analyze what had specifically gone wrong. One day, she saw Bela on the Steve Harvey Show and on Good Morning America and got in touch with Smart Dating Academy in the height of Covid lockdowns. Lindsey and Bela opened her eyes and she realized that she had so many false values and beliefs holding her back. Bianca always thought that if she was treated badly in a relationship, it was her fault. She thought that it must be love at first sight and have a Hollywood story line. Bianca soaked everything up during her sessions with Lindsey and learned so much during her work with SDA. Bianca got more confident in dating and adopted the mindset of being psychotically optimistic in her entire life.

Bianca is a 36-year-old Chemist who lives in Ontario, Canada. She grew up in a traditional, loving household with both of her parents, who were very hands-on, and her sister. Bianca describes herself as a late bloomer and an introverted, independent woman by nature. By her mid-twenties nearly everyone she knew was married and often to the only person they had ever dated. Bianca was puzzled on how this worked for them, but not for her.
After Bianca revamped her online profile with new pictures from her photoshoot with SDA and the help from Lindsey, her inbox exploded immediately. Going through all of the responses, she quickly learned from Lindsey how to spot red flags. This also helped during some of her first dates, when she immediately noticed things that in the past she would have let pass, but now were unacceptable to her. At the start of 2021, still in the Covid lockdown phase, Bianca met Derek online on Bumble and after their first date she thought that she would not hear back from him. But she did! They went on a second date and Bianca got to know him more. Since everything was closed due to Covid, they went on walks for their dates and they got to know each other and enjoy each other's company more. Derek was very supportive and Bianca realized that he is the lid to her pot. Bianca and Derek got married last year in 2023 and couldn’t be happier to be real partners in life.
